Chambers County has one hospital located in the City of Valley. The Lanier Memorial Hospital is a 115-bed facility with 45 physicians on staff, and has a newly-renovated and modernized emergency room.

East Alabama Medical Center located in Opelika is approximately 30 minutes south of the City of Valley while West Georgia Medical Center is approximately 30 minutes north of the City of Valley. Additionally, The Medical Center, Doctors Hospital and St. Francis Hospital in Columbus, GA are approximately 45 minutes from the City of Valley.
